FoxHub is YipFox’s private household organization and notification service for invited family members.
By using FoxHub or consenting to receive its text messages, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Program description
FoxHub sends informational and transactional household text messages to invited family members who have provided consent. Messages may include family schedule and event reminders, calendar and appointment reminders, chore and household reminders, dinner and meal-plan updates, task confirmations, and service responses and notices.
FoxHub does not send third-party advertising or promotional marketing messages.
Consent and enrollment
Initial enrollment in FoxHub SMS messaging occurs through the public web form at https://yipfox.net/opt-in/. Users enter their name and mobile phone number and actively select the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the form without selecting SMS consent does not enroll the user in SMS messaging. Requests are reviewed by the household administrator before messaging is activated.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency may vary based on household schedules, reminders, and user requests. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further SMS messages unless you subsequently opt back in through a supported opt-in process. To request renewed enrollment, use the web opt-in form.

Delivery
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, internet connectivity, service interruptions, or other conditions outside FoxHub's control.
Acceptable use
Users may not use FoxHub to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unauthorized messages or to interfere with the service or another person's privacy.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
