FoxHub
Privacy policy
FoxHub is a private household organization and notification service operated through YipFox for invited family members. It provides family schedule updates, household reminders, chore notifications, dinner information, and related communications.
Information we collect
We may collect information provided by family members or the household administrator, including:
- Names and mobile telephone numbers provided for FoxHub SMS messaging
- SMS consent and opt-out status
- Household schedules, reminders, chores, and meal information
- Messages sent to or received from FoxHub
- Message delivery and technical information needed to operate the service
The website request form records your name, telephone number, whether you selected SMS consent, the submission date and time, a request reference, the consent wording and policy version shown, and the form's URL. Submitting without selecting SMS consent does not enroll you in text messages.
How we use information
We use this information to operate and maintain FoxHub; send requested household notifications and reminders; respond to SMS commands and requests; review enrollment requests; maintain consent and opt-out records; troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service; and comply with applicable legal and carrier requirements.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate FoxHub or deliver SMS communications, such as messaging platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and technical infrastructure providers. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide the service. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
Data retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate FoxHub, maintain required consent records, resolve problems, and satisfy legal or carrier requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No internet, hosting, or telecommunications system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may request that your information be corrected or removed by contacting the administrator. Certain records may be retained when required for security, consent documentation, legal compliance, or prevention of unwanted messages.
To stop SMS messages, reply STOP. To receive assistance, reply HELP.
